Frequently asked questions
Simply upload your PDF to our Organize Pages tool. You will see a visual grid of page thumbnails. Drag and drop any page thumbnail to move it to its new position, or use the left (←) and right (→) arrow buttons on the page card. The page numbers will update automatically.
Yes. Click the duplicate (+) button on any page thumbnail to insert an identical copy of that page directly next to it. You can copy pages as many times as you need, which is ideal for creating multi-page template printouts.
Hover over any page thumbnail in the grid and click the trash can or delete (×) button. The page will be instantly removed from the output sequence. You can also click "Clear" to remove all pages and build a custom list.
Yes. If you make a mistake or want to start over, click the "Reset" button in the toolbar. This will immediately revert the document to its original page sequence.
Yes. PDFForge lets you use Organize for free. The free plan includes 3 tasks per hour with files up to 50 MB or 50 pages. Paid plans remove these limits and add priority processing.
Yes. Files are transferred over an encrypted HTTPS connection, processed automatically without human access, and deleted from our servers within 2 hours on the free plan.
No. Organize runs entirely in your web browser and works on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS. There is nothing to download or install.
